While Booking:

  • How do I find out my baggage limit

Your baggage limit is mentioned on the e-ticket emailed to you. You can also find these details under Itinerary in My Bookings section of the website. 

  • Is it mandatory to use surname while booking a flight ticket?

In flight bookings, it is mandatory to enter given/first name and last name. In case, you do not have last name then please use salutation (Mr/Ms/Mrs) as your first name and your name as last name.

For Instance,  Given/First name: Gracy

Last name: NA

While booking a ticket, write first name - Ms and last name - Gracy.

  • What is the difference between refundable and non-refundable fares?

A Refundable fare is an amount returned after deducting cancellation charges and other fees. For more information on fare summary, please refer the Fare Summary & Rules under Flight Details Tab.

A Non Refundable fare is a discounted fare, and no refund can be claimed from the airline in case of cancellation.

  • How can I add a meal to my flight ticket?

You can choose your meal option while booking the flight ticket on our website. If you have already booked the flight, please call the airline directly to get the meals added in your ticket. 

  • What is Child fare

Airlines considers a child more than  the age of 2 and less than 12 years at the time of travel. There is no seat reserved for infant separately.

For domestic flights the fare offered is same as adult fare.

On international ticket, the child fare maybe charged at 65% to 80% of the full fare depending on the airlines and route .

  • Can I book a flight ticket for an unaccompanied child?

A child between 5 to 18 years of age traveling alone on a flight is considered as an unaccompanied minor.

Each airline has their own guidelines regarding minors traveling alone. A ticket cannot be booked online for unaccompanied minors. You have to contact the desired Travel Agency or airline for booking procedures and details.

  • Is it mandatory to mention the gender while booking a flight ticket?

Yes, it is mandatory to mention the gender while booking a flight ticket.

  • What is a multicity trip?

When a traveller visits more than two destinations in a single trip, we call it a multi-city trip. Reservations to and from all destinations are made through a single booking.

  • I booked a ticket, but found the ticket is not confirmed?

In rare cases, it may take longer for the email to reach the customer. In case this has happened to you, we apologize for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please check for your confirmation on My Bookings section of the website. In case there is no information, please click on Contact Us and allow us to help you.

  • Do I need to confirm my flight reservation before I fly?

No, you don’t need to do that. It is advisable to have your e-ticket handy for quick entry into the airport. 

  • What is the maximum number of seats I can book?

A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time.

  • Can I use someone else's credit/debit card to book my ticket if they're not travelling with me?

Yes, you can use someone else’s credit/debit card to book your ticket even if they are not traveling with you. 

  • Can I book flight and hotel through a single booking?

Yes, now you can book flight and hotel through a single booking. Please look up for the combo offers on the homepage of the website and save more.

 

After Booking:

  • How do I print my e-ticket?

You can print your flight tickets from My Bookings. Please find below the steps

  1. Log in to My Bookings
  2. On your Dashboard - click on Print Ticket
  3. Select the booking and Print your ticket
  • How do I get an invoice for my booking?

You can get a copy of the booking invoice by simply logging into My Bookings section and clicking on Print Invoice.This option is available for all types of booking, except package holiday booking (domestic/ international). 

  • How do I select a seat after making a booking?

You can do this directly on the respective airline website.

  • How do I change my email id?

You cannot change your registered email id.

  • How do I get my payment receipt?

Every time a payment is charged we send the payment receipt to your email id.

  • My money has been deducted, and I have not received any confirmation mail or booking ID from your side. What should I do?

In rare cases, it may take longer for the email to reach the customer. In case this has happened to you, we apologize for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please check for your confirmation on My Bookings section of the website. In case there is no information, please Contact Us and allow us to help you.

  • Do I have to show my e–ticket confirmation email at the airline check–in counter?

Yes, you will have to show either the e-ticket confirmation email or the print of e-ticket at the airline check-in counter.

  • How do I get my ticket(s) after I reschedule my flight ticket?

We will send your rescheduled ticket(s) via email on your registered email ID within 2 hours of rescheduling. In case you have not received your rescheduled tickets, please follow these steps

  1. Login to My Bookings
  2. On your Dashboard - click on Print Ticket
  3. Select the booking and Print your ticket
  • How do I do webcheck-in/Tele check-in for my flight reservation?

Web check-in - You can use web check-in directly through the airline website. Please keep your necessary flight details ready.

Tele Check-in - Certain airlines allow few of their premium customers to book a preferred seat in advance over the phone. However, you will have to collect the boarding pass and must report at the check in counter no latter than 60 minutes prior to the flight departure.

  • How do I get a boarding pass?

You can get your boarding pass after doing a web check-in on the airlines website. Alternatively, you can also collect it from the airline representative at the check-in counter. You need to show your e–ticket and travel documents at the counter.
